Hungary has since 2010 been ruled by Viktor Orban, but the polls are finally predicting change. With the Hungarian election right around the corner, Orban's party only stands to get 37% of the votes. We are therefore looking at a potential change of power in Hungary, and through that the EU.

Om eventet

Hungary has since 2010 been ruled by Viktor Orban, but the polls are finally predicting change. With the Hungarian election right around the corner, Orban's party only stands to get 37% of the votes. We are therefore looking at a potential change of power in Hungary, and through that the EU.

This has opened a lot of questions: are we finally going to see Orban loose power, who is the popular opposition and what is Hungary going to look like after the election?

We have invited a panel of experts to help us answer these questions and more.

  • Gábor Hacsi from Amnesty Hungary

  • Angela Bourne from RUC

Join us on the 7th of April 17:00 at Dronningengade 68 in Copenhagen.
